In this fictional group project, we developed a digital laundry booking system for a residential housing association. The goal was to create an accessible and user-friendly solution that works both on mobile devices and touchscreens in the laundry room.
The system makes it easy for residents to book, cancel, and plan their laundry times. Users can view available time slots in a daily, weekly, or monthly view, book multiple slots at once, and receive clear guidance through an onboarding process. The project focused on smart resource usage, clear design, and intuitive navigation.
